Willow is a 14.2H, 7 yr old dun paint mare. She is one of the sweetest, easiest and gentle horses we’ve been able to offer! She is absolutely GORGEOUS and gets compliments everywhere she goes! She is a true dun paint with a dorsal stripe! Willow has spent her whole life on the same ranch. She has been day worked on, used for hunting, has had guns shot off her and done all the things you can think of on the ranch. While she handled everything with ease, she has more of a relaxed her personality and would thrive as a confidence boosting trail horse, beginner horse or lesson horse. She is EXTREMELY gentle. Willow has ZERO buck, rear, bolt, bite or kick. She rides great and will ride one handed or two. She neck reins with ease and moves off leg. She will go the exact speed you ask of her, when you ask and will never switch gaits unless told to do so. Willow is naturally quiet and clam. She’ll stand tied for hours without a peep, she’s easy to lead, load, bath and tie. She will come running when you call her name in a pasture and is extremely easy to catch. She genuinely is just one of those really nice, going to do exactly what’s she’s told to do, mares. She hasn’t been marish at all. She stays barefoot and has no extra maintenance. Willow is absolutely beginner safe, trail safe, town safe, grandma, grandpa and everyone in between safe. She would be a perfect fit for a trail rider, lesson program, beginner rider to learn on or first horse for anyone. Someone is about to get a really nice, uniquely BEAUTIFUL horse!
